We do require an appointment for service at Computer Ace but don’t worry, you can usually get help within a day or two. Much faster than most services. If you are dropping your computer off you can do so at any time, just call first and let us know you are coming. If you are requesting remote desktop you can usually get service that same day. Simply follow the instructions on the Remote Help page. We also offer emergency, same day and after hours services.
